Wash your Arthur Court aluminum serveware by hand with mild dishwashing soap and dry immediately.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
The brilliant polished luster of your aluminum will be permanently dulled by the high heat of a dishwasher.
Flawless perfection can only be achieved on an assembly line and is not our intention. Variations in the product reinforce that fact that every piece is made by hand and therefore is unique.
To prevent stains, remove all food and liquid - especially fatty acids, vinegar or salad dressings - from platters and vessels after use or insert a glass liner for food service. It is recommended that just prior to serving, your piece is wiped or sprayed with vegetable oil. By doing so, the oil will act as a barrier against highly acidic or salty foods, which may otherwise dull or discolor the finish.
As needed, polish with 100% cotton flannel polishing cloth. All aluminum Arthur Court food serving products are very versatile. You can arrange the food you plan to serve on the item and then keep it cold in the refrigerator or freezer. Cold temperatures to 0° Fahrenheit will not damage the product.
You may also keep foods warm on the serve ware. It is safe to put your Arthur Court all metal product in an oven heated to no more than 350° Fahrenheit. Arthur court products with additional materials other than aluminum may not meet this criteria.
