FIG CROSTINI RECIPE

RECIPE:
Brush bread with olive oil kosher salt and a bit of pepper and broil until lightly browned.
Whip ricotta or mascarpone cheese with some honey.
Spread cheese on toast.
Top with a slice fresh fig (I used French Confit of Figs and Balsamic).
Drizzle with additional honey or a couple of drops of good aged balsamic.
